Angelis returns to Liverpool for new big BBC drama

Long running British narrator Michael Angelis is going back to his home town of Liverpool to star in a new major drama.

Announced in a press release, Savage is about a Liverpool policeman who finds out that his bestest friend has been murdered and wants to gain revenge for the killing while trying to have some justice as his job is at risk.
The BBC One drama will star Angelis, now aged 59 in a large supporting role being accompained by Stephen Graham and leading man, Warren Brown.

Filming begins this month in Liverpool, UK for the four-part series made by BBC Drama Production North.

Savage will be screened on BBC One next year in 2012.
