Last set of Season Sixteen stories enter spoiler railway

The fourth and final week of new episodes in the 2012 Season of Thomas & Friends have been detailed on digiguide's British television schedule.

With spoilers ready to tease viewers, some surprises are on the way to conclude the Sharon Miller and Nitrogen Studios era of the series.

Spencer is to make a return in the first two shows of the week whilst Peter Sam and The Thin Controller are due to make a comeback in just one episode. The Narrow Gauge Engines in all are unknown for this participation.

Already poised for his Blue Mountain Mystery involvement alongside the little engines is new character and vehicle Winston in a birthday themed story for The Fat Controller.

Speculation has been proven correctly with the name of Stafford now confirmed to be an engine, in a different type of locomotive style.

However, The Christmas Express has been omitted from the schedule where after the series finishes, will repeat the new episodes from the start. The seasonal themed tale would have aired after Stafford's introduction.
Whiff's Wish

Whiff wishes he was as grand as Spencer. But a decision not to pick up rubbish trucks but help Emily and Edward instead leads to a collision with Percy!

  1. The last two sound great. Shame about the festive episode being omitted.

  2. It's great to hear an electric engine will finally be introduced into the TV sries, maybe they'll use the same prototypes as Peel Godred Engines. Happy Birthday, Sir! sounds a little bit like Thomas and Victoria, don't you agree, but lets not have our hopes too high on it, but it is like when they rewrote Henry Sees Red as Tickeled Pink, it would be a great one to see the last of Nitrogen's animation in.

  3. An electric engine on Sodor? Hmm, sounds great. It seems ABC went through the same thing with 'The Christmas Express', looks like they're repeating 'Express Coming Through' on March 4th. Still, it's going to be great to see Winston, Peter Sam and the Thin Controller again in full CGI and with their new voices.

  4. So the Skarloey Railway is in this season! Nice that Peter Sam has his own episode, and we'll get to see Wintston, but I really don't think we need another character...wonder if wooden railway will make him through

    1. I think it may be airing closer to Christmas, but don't take my word for it

  6. Don't bother victor sounds like a re-hash of the green controller. An an un-canny colour similarity of the main engines of those two episodes! I will watch it because of the narrow gauge engines Tho!!!

  7. This last week sounds the best to me as Whiff gets a main role and he is one of my favourites so is Peter Sam and I would love to see him and Victor together and have acted it out with wooden toy engines, also wonder if Winston is reference to John Lennon (as Ringo voiced Thomas) and Winston was Lennon's middle name. Stafford sounds cool and different but why is Spencer A VISITOR showing a new engine around? 93DOL youtube
