Thomas' Halloween Adventures and Percy's Ghostly Trick are both being re-released in the US as a double feature boxset.
Both DVD's altogether run for approximately 97 minutes and will be released before the Halloween season. Hit have made one error, as pointed out by TheKipperRunsAgain (Chris from Sif), the episode Percy's Ghostly Trick (Ghost Train) is on both DVD's! What a waste!
