Exclusive: Sir Topham to hype new series on milkshake!

The new Sixteenth Series of Thomas & Friends will recieve a little more help on publicity with The Fat Controller's involvement.

Sir Topham Hatt will return to Channel 5's milkshake! studio to promote the latest series before and after it airs in the UK on its premiere day.

Speaking to the team, milkshake! have confirmed to Roll Along Thomas about the returning guest stint.

You’re in luck, yes The Fat Controller will be with us on Monday to celebrate new episodes of Thomas and Friends. He will be in between 7 and 8.30. We do hope you enjoy it!

Hatt has previously appeared on the show usually to aid the releases of fresh Thomas television products including series.

milkshake! have also exclusively revealed to the blog a banner that has been produced in advance of the 2012 stories coming near to broadcasting date.

Season Sixteen of Thomas & Friends continues its run in Australia on ABC2 on Saturday February 18th 2012 at 2:55pm with episodes following everyday of the week.

Channel 5 in the UK will show the new series on their milkshake! slot on Monday February 20th 2012 at 7:35am five days a week, excluding the weekend. Further episodes are due to be clarified in the schedules.
