The current head writer for Thomas & Friends Season Seventeen, who succeeded Sharon Miller in the chief creative role, is using a certain source for information.
Roll Along Thomas can confirm that Andrew has used Thomas & Friends Wikia as a backbone of research to help him note down historical accuracy that have occured in previous stories, and to link the old in with the new, as he quotes.
I must say I find the Thomas wiki site extremely useful for having everything so well categorised and searchable.
There is so much Thomas material to keep track of and I am trying to keep things consistent, so it is great to have a way to search past stories or character facts and history
The new seventeenth series of Thomas & Friends premieres on television in 2013.
Thanks to ZEM.
What an honour! I remember we had someone from the Thomas & Friends magazine using our site, but this is fantastic!
ReplyDeleteAll i can say, This news is BOTH Good & Bad. The Good part of is, well like SteamTeam said it's a honor to have someone special use our wikia to help create new stories about our number 1 tank engine friend. BUT, the bad part about this is, Some people are going to try to tell him what to do. Some people can start arguements or something. I don't want anything to happen towards the new writer of Thomas.
ReplyDeleteI agree with you entirely, but unless he actually registers (which is unlikely), that won't be a problem.
Deletebut does those episodes exist?
ReplyDelete*Swelling with pride*
ReplyDeleteWell bust my buffers! :D I was super excited when I found out! Makes us all feel really useful!
Please excuse the two quotes... :P
Well I think its great to see a head writer actually researching things for an episode which many fans have been asking since day one of the new series era. So in a way, I think there is a bright future for Thomas & Friends.
ReplyDeleteSee Sharon Miller, it's not that hard.
