Salty to be given own episode since Classic Series

Another episode title for the new series of Thomas & Friends has been unvieled by the ABC online television schedule.

From the near to broadcast Sixteenth Season, Salty the Dockside Diesel is to be the centre of attention for Salty's Surprise, due for Australia on February 27th.
The twelfth episode for this year marks the Brendam Docks home-based engine's own story since Salty's Stormy Tale back in 2003's Seventh Season.

digiguide are due to update their UK schedule at the start of this weekend which shall lead more summary revelations for the ten minute shows' third week.

Season Sixteen of Thomas & Friends starts airing in Australia on ABC2 starting from Thursday February 16th 2012 at 2:55pm, everyday of the week.

Channel 5 in the UK will show the new series on their milkshake! slot on Monday February 20th 2012 at 7:35am five days a week, excluding the weekend. Further episodes are due to be clarified in the schedules.

  1. Must admit, I'm looking forward to this one. I like Salty episodes, but with the writing style the way it is... I dunno, I'll see what it's like.

  2. Hmmmm. Not sure about this one. It has the word "surprise" in the title. But I WON'T be SURPRISED if this is just another Sharon Miller episode with rhymes, repetition and three-strikes galore. I'll give this one a chance but my expectations of this episode being a good one are quite low.
